The 4RSS component is used to create articles from RSS feeds. The new articles can be used many different ways. At the 4RSS.com website, we use our component to automaticly hunt down any articles that mention "RSS" from a list of about 100 different RSS feeds that we have selected. Once 4RSS finds an article containing this "key word" a new articles is created at our site. In our situation we have decided to display these new articles at this page. Note: Unlike other Joomla components, the articles created with 4RSS are permanent and will remain on your site after the content disapears from the RSS feed. This is very important for search engines and creating traffic! |
